Sourcing skills
• Set up the buying function, propose and implement best practice buying processes (with input from an external industry expert).
• Quality Assurance Auditor is also not only in clothing but also my experience in upholstery, carpets, curtains and children's saliva and other mineral (Toy, Furniture, Textile etc).
• Have my own supplier list in the textile field starting from the yarn till the freight forwarder including the fashion accessories, all the garment accessories, for bags, belts and all the textiles accessories
• Manage all aspects of the supplier relationship, including price negotiation, terms and conditions and delivery performance
• Manage in-season business by tracking and analyzing sales information in order to identify opportunities to increase sales, improve margins, maximize inventories and decrease markdowns

• Attend the design review meetings. Use fashion sense, knowledge of ladies trends, and understanding of target customers desires to select designs for inclusion within new collections

• Attend trade fairs and visit major fashion centres across the world as I can.
• Planning, selection and sourcing of all merchandise for the department/categories with a view to achieving the sales and margin targets as agreed with the board of directors (using both garments designed specifically for the business and ready made garments/ collections).
