Respected Ma'me, this is Mrs. Meenakshi from Bangladesh School Muscat.
As part of our curriculum, we are taking our students on an educational field trip
every year. Year 5 and Year 6 students of age between 10 & 13 (maximum 280 students)
will greatly benefit if they are allowed to visit your esteemed Factory to understand
how detergents and detergent powders are manufactured, packed and distributed.
Atleast, 7 teachers will be accompanying the students.
We will be grateful to you if you can kindly approve for our visit on 9th, 10th and 11th of March.
Three dates are chosen to divide the total number of students into 3 groups (each group will be
brought on each day).
We are eagerly waiting for your positive reply at the earliest.
