inquire about sunflower oil Dear Sirs The first of all we have pleasure to introduce our company NABI FPH. We are the business agency, located in Poland. We are oriented for help and support for importers from Poland, Czech Republic, and Slovakia. We try to assure the associating between the importers and exporters, for assure the best comfortable and profitable terms of cooperation between the parties. In this moment we are looking for a serious and reliable suppliers of the refined edible 100% sunflower oil. This way we would like to inform you about the most important assumptions and expectancy of our customers. 1. Possibility to sign a spot contracts for oil purchase in quantity from 200MT to 1000MT for each one of the contract. Some of the our customers are only interested in spot purchase, and some other are accepting the spot purchase as the TRIAL purchase, and it’s the same with the first of contract. The possibility of spot purchase is obligatory required by all of our customers. Some of the customers are also interested in long time contract with duration one year or more, but after finished the first contract such as the spot purchase. The each one of the long time contracts will be possible to sign for the 12 months – from min500MT to max2000MTx12months. The TRIAL purchase contract as the spot purchase, should be always signed as the independent and separate contract. This stipulation is inevitably and utterly required by our customers. 2. Delivery terms (for the first several contracts): DAP warehouse in Warsaw (POLAND), and DAP warehouse in Katowice (POLAND). The all shipments should be delivered by trucks (lorries) loaded about 20MG (Other forms of delivery terms for the several first contracts will be not accepted !!!) 3. The oil should be packed in 1 liter PET bottles with the private label 4. Origin :EU or other country, but in this case the oil should be Europeanized , and also we accept origin Turkey. Please note: If the origin of oil will be Turkey, and when this oil will be loaded for the trucks on the Turkish territory, and delivered directly to Poland, we can get a customs duties 0%, as the preferential Tax rate. In this situation we need from you ATR movement certificate as the second document which should be attached to the shipments. The A.TR. Certificate is a customs document used in trade between EU members and Turkey, to benefit from cheaper rates of duty. If you can guaranteed ATR testimonial, in this case we can accept origin Turkey. 5. Certificate, inspection, and other documents which be required for the all shipments: - original + 2 copies of quantity and quality certificates issued by the S.G.S. paid by the Seller, it is agreed and understood that quantity and quality certificates issued by the S.G.S. must contain/control all of the items - specification and characteristics of the Goods indicated in the future Contract - 1 original + 1 copy of packing list showing gross/net weight - 1 original + 2 copies of Phytosanitary certificate indicating that the commodities are of a quality adapted for human consumption issued by SGS - 1 original + 2 copies of Sustainability certificate issued by SGS - 1 original + 1 copy of Health/sanitary certificate attested by the appropriate health authority from the country of export stating that the goods are free of any contamination - 1 original + 1 copy of non GMO certificate - 3 originals of Signed Commercial Invoice issued by the Seller to the Buyer based on the delivered quantity of the goods - 1 original + 3 copies of CMR documents - The A.TR. Certificate (a customs document used in trade between EU members and Turkey, to benefit from cheaper rates of duty). - If you are interested in cooperation with us, please inform me about your possibility of supply, according to all requirements and demands of our customers, and please let me know your the best price proposal, and payment method.
