Dear Sir,
We have learned about your firm on the Internet. This letter will introduce Norstream Intertec Inc. to you as a alternate source of industrial technology, equipment, and collaboration. This year we expect to ship 2 metering systems to Iraq. In 2007 we shipped a gas processing project to the Zhor Khobair LPG plant. Previously we had the opportunity to work with the Daura Refinery and participated in a Canadian government sponsored trade mission to Baghdad. Under the old MOU we prepared offers for many projects for a large Russian trading company working with the Ministries (Basrah power plant). Some of these were winning offers. Over the last 15 years I have had the opportunity to visit many industrial installations from Basrah to Mosul. Now we seek contacts with Iraqi firms who are in a position to discover potential needs and tenders. There will be good opportunities for contractors who have relations with outside specialists with access to equipment, technology and startup assistance. As well we are prepared to assist with service contract and joint venture negotiations.,
We believe that the Canadian government and private sources can provide credit assistance for projects that combine Canadian inputs with local on site representation.
We offer the combination of Canadian engineering, North American components, and on site supervisory assistance for existing designed projects previously quoted, that include:
Mobile drill pit waste centrifuge separators
Custom control Panels
Effluent treating
Process Control
Separation, Treating of Crudes
Electrical switchgear and large motor reconditioning and modernization
THE ELECTRICAL REPAIR WORK IS DONE IN ST. CATHARINES BY A WORK GROUP DIRECTED BY AN IRAQI BORN PHD ELECTRICAL ENGINEER.
If you are interested we will be pleased to cooperate.
Yours truly,
Edward Arroyave
