1. The cover and the main box of the products materials use galvanized steel, with much better anticorrosion performance than ordinary steel.
2. The upper cover is made by the whole stretch molding process, with much higher ruggedness than the general welding molding process. It also avoids iron corrosion of the joints caused by welding.

4. The buffered device is added to the transmission gear so that the upper gear can fall down slowly and avoid the harm to the hands caused by the sudden drop of the upper cover.
5. The ventilation device is added to the rear part of the product, which allows a slow but continuous flow of gas inside the box(no harm to the surrounding environment) and keep stability of the gas inside. In this way, it can avoid the harmful gas unnecessary hurt to the garbage deliverer, because the harm gas is formed after fermentation caused by the rise of temperature in the inner barrel as a result of sun and high temperature.
6. The delievring signs are made by the anti-UV, abrasion, laminated printed signs, which is colorful and durable. The fade rate is only 6.3% after ten years use. The service life is 15 to 20 years.
