Germany Tulum Cheese

Our cheese is made from 100% sheep milk. It is known as tulum or traditional nomad cheese. The cheese was dry and formless. The fat in dry matter was 50% - 55%. The fat content is naturally and is very reach in calcium. It is also an organic product, because in the whole area of 3,2 square kilometres in which the sheeps are grazes are not any factories, traffics or emission.
