Performance Description of UT-HPSM Hand-push Screeding : UT-HPSM Hand-push Screeding is a new with good proformance and long service life.Technical Data of UT-HPSM Hand-push Screeding : 1. Engine: Japanese Robin 6.0 Hp or Honda 5.5HP air-cooled gasoline engine (Option for electric start gasoline, diesel engine or gas engine).
2. Marking shoe: The body of marking shoe is made of anti-oxidation special steel. The close-up of marking shoe adopts pulling type structure, easy and freely operation. On the top of marking shoe equips with stirring system for hardener and paint. The standard specification of marking shoe is 150mm (option for other sizes according to the requirement of user).
3. Paint tank: Paint tank made of stainless or cold rolling steel equips with erect type blade manual stirring equipment. Capacity is 100kg.
4. Glass beads bin: Glass beads bin with window, check the quantity in the bin timely. The capacity is 15L.
5. Glass beads dispenser: The definitely quantity dispenser is synchronous with the screeding marking shoe, which makes the dispensing even and perfect.
6. The technical data of driving system, driving speed, max climbing capability, chassis, rubber wheel, back wheel guide arm, and guide rod are the same as UT-SPT-II.
7. Marking width: 100-300 mm (according to the requirement of road marking work).
