Sophora flavescens is also called Ku Shen in China. It is a kind of Chinese herb, which has been used in China for thousands of years. The key ingredients of Ku Shen are Matrine and Oxymatrine. Both of them have been used as drugs in China, including tablets, capsules and injections.
