Tower Crane QTZ80(5613) is a new type tower crane designed according to “JG/T5037-93(Classification Of Tower Crane)”. QTZ80 (5613)tower crane belongs to upper-swing hydraulic climbing tower crane with horizontal-jib, winch-jib.: 1). All kinds of performance parameters and technical items are up to or better than the National Standard. The rated load moment is 800 kN•m .The radius range is from 3m to 56m. which can be adjusted to 51m or 46m. The max hoisting weight is 8t. 2). The complete tower crane is of rational layout and beautiful shape. 3). Independent loading-lifting height is 45m.Attaching load-lifting height is 150m. 4). Tower Crane QTZ80(5613) has steady working, high speed and frequency. Wire wound 3 speed motor and eddy current brake are used in lifting mechanism, low speed for heavy load and high speed for light load are available, and Max. lifting speed achieves 80m/min(a=2).
The trolley control has the goodest use moving on lifting jib.
Slewing mechanism woks together with motor, planet gear speed reducer and slewing arrester for better bearing capacity and steady operation.
5).Tower Crane QTZ80(5613) is equipped with all kinds of safety devices, including height limiter, radius limiter, load moment limiter, weight limiter and grip block.
