1. Product StructureThe ZSTBS15 Horizontal Wall-side Sprinkler Head consists of the sprinkler head frame, a thermostatic component, a seal, a splash plate etc., among which the sprinkler head frame is a result of using such manufacturing techniques as meticulously forging and pressing copper alloy materials and polishing the outer surface by making it chromium plated, endowing it with such features as frame hardness, anti-corrosiveness and cool looks. The thermostatic component (glass ball) is characterized with the capacity for reliable action and rapid response. The seal is endowed with features such as anti-aging, anti-corrosiveness and tight-sealing. The glass ball has a diameter of 5mm [RTI=80(m×s)0.5~350(m×s)0.5]. Depending on the temperature of the glass ball in action, the sprinkler heads are divided into various temperature levels.2.
