inquiry to ACH payment notification

My name is Haley Scola from Saint-Gobain Ceramic Materials. I am trying to obtain an email address to use for electronic payment notifications. Do you know it or could you redirect me to someone who does please? We are changing our operating system to SAP next year and we’re required to have an email address for our vendors that are paid via ACH. SAP will email notification that an ACH payment has been made to your bank. It’s best if it is a generic email address such as *** or ***, but a specific person’s email is OK if you do not have a generic address to use. Thank you, Haley
