Please see our buyer's procedures below.
1. Buyer wishes to buy 50kg to 250kgs per day Gold Dust, Dore Gold or Gold Nuggets on an assay and pay basis, CIF to their refinery. Once the assay is completed, the assay report will be forwarded to the Seller for sign off and payment is then made the following day by payment directive. No pre-payment of any type is done. Payment is made after the assay is completed at the refinery in the US. The Seller ships the product by secure transport (FED EX)through to the buyer's account to refinery (CIF), secure transport company will clear customs and transport product on to the refinery. Once assay has been done, assay report from refinery will be sent to the Seller for sign-off, and 100% payment will be made within 2 banking days Via Wire transfer.
CONTRACT TERM: ____ Year(s) or longer if agreed by both parties.
SHIPMENT: by FED EX to buyer's destination .Buyer will pay the cost of shipment to FED EX account. Insurance will be payed by seller ( Australian buyer will pay insurance)
Custom & clearance plus Refinery charges will be paid by the buyer
QUANTITY: The total quantity of Gold dust to be Sold / Purchased
Target price: 18,500 usd/kg including commission 1,500 usd
2. Payment via bank wire transfer to the seller. The seller's representative may accompany the buyer to the refinery and be present when the gold is weighed ( for Australia, seller's representative must have visa, buyer will not pay for this). After the gold is weighed, the buyer and seller shall leave the refinery and then wait until the final assay report. After the buyer receives the final assay report from the refinery and the seller agrees on the purity then the buyer shall make payment to the seller and intermediaries within 2 business banking days or less.
3. The Buyer will clear consignment through customs at the port of entry or inbound at Albuquerque, New Mexico, at Buyer's account. After it enters the USA, it is the buyer's legal responsibility to process then pay the seller for his gold.
4. After the consignment is cleared from the customs the Buyer will transport the gold to the refinery but the gold dust still remain seller's property. The gold goes into the account of the buyer at the refinery.
5. Upon receipt of the product the refinery will weigh, process the entire shipment, and assay the product and then advise the buyer of actual purity of the gold in a final assay report and the buyer will relay this purity to the seller. If the assay is accepted by the seller, then the buyer will make the payment to seller and intermediaries as mentioned above. All refining costs and assay to be paid by the Buyer.
6. Payment in full by Wire Transfer to Seller's nominated bank within 2 banking business days after acceptance of the final assay report.
