BARGE REQUIREMENTS:
Date of availability :
Project would last from 6 months to 18 months starting July 2008
Location: Trinidad & Tobago and/or Maracaibo-Venezuela
General specs :
Pax on board : about 170 pax accommodations
Office space: 100 to 150 m2 total office space in 4 to 6 rooms. We Can consider the solution if needed to add office modules on deck if ok with class specs (enough clear deck space)
Clear deck space / workshops : free deck space needed approx 600m2 or more to be used :
- mechanic workshop located in the 15Tons SWL crane range, must include 2 20ft containers for workshop office + spare parts store with direct access from deck
- by seismic cable repair crew on the remaining surface (300m2 +) – no crane required for this activity, must include 2 20ft containers for workshop office and store accessible with direct access from deck
Crane: yes, able to safely lift 13 Tons boats (4m wide, 24m long) from the water to the deck – pedestal type preferred
Tug:
If awarded a tug to tow the barge onsite that stays for the duration of the work as stby/assistance for barge moving tug will be required.
Bollard Pull should be enough to allow an average 4.5 knots cruising speed at tow in good sea conditions (example from previous projects with similar barges: 45/50 T)
The tug type needed will be evidently Anchor Handling Tug twin screw etc....
