I was referred to you by Samsung Kuwait,I am a resident in the United States. I had purchased phones from here and a tablet for my family in Kuwait. I had sent them through fedex and when it reached customs they required to have a release from Samsung. So i got an a letter of release from Samsung America and sent it to customs but they want one from Kuwait.
