Dear Franck Qin,
Thanks for your response. It's been a long time since I heard from you. I hope you are well and happy. Actually I have been contacting you since 3 months but I didn't get reply from your end. I don't know whether there is any technical problem in getting mail. Do you have another alternative mail ids?
We would like to introduce your fertilizers Super Phosphoric Acid =70% P2O5 minimum ( it may called Poly Phosphoric Acid) and Ammonium Poly Phosphate.
Could you please clarify my doubts-
1>Legal point of View: Super Phosphoric Acid/ Poly Phosphoric Acid and Ammonium Poly Phosphate fertilizers are included in FCO Act 1985 (Fertilizer Control Order act of India). As per Indian Government FCO Act, Fertilizers should be according to the specifications of the FCO. In India every imported fertilizer has been compulsorily tested by Central Fertilizer quality Control Laboratory of central Government. The samples are taken at seaport and they sent any RFCL laboratory and is being tested as per FCO specifications and if it is not as per FCO, the Govenrment Fertilizer quality control department files the legal prosecution against importer which is very serious in India as the fertilizers are included in essential commodity act also. Also supplier became black listed. So we wanted assurance of composition as per FCO before proceeding ahead.
Secondly when the sample get failed in RFCL laboratory, we will have to pay duty differential amount of fertilizer(HSN 3105) and chemical which is very high in chemical (HSN 2809).
Considering above issues we wanted quality assurance as per attached specifications. Please study the attached specs thoroughly and let us know your comments.
2> Agronomic point of view: Plant absorb "P" as orthophosphate (H2PO4). When Polyphosphate is applied, it will be available to the plant when it get converted in to Orthophosphate. How much time does it require for these conversion and what should be the soil condition? Our soils are alkaline and highly calcareous; so can you recommend both these fertilizer for alkaline as well as calcareous soil? What's your opinion and do you have any research data on this?
3> Product handling risk: I heard that Polyphosphate have exothermic reactions and the temperature of water become high after dissolving Polyphosphate. Is it risky to handle, transport and use the Polyphosphoric acid?
4>Do you produce AKP 00-60-20 acidic Fertilizer?
5> Which kind of phosphatic fertilizers are mostly used in China; whether Phosphoric Acid, Super Phosphoric Acid, Ammonium Poly Phosphate, AKP 00-60-20, MKP 00-52-34, MAP 12-61-00, UP 17-44-00 etc.
