I recently purchased a watch band from your company (shipment order SC18104) which was shipped to my home in Spain. The Spanish Post´s tracking website reports the package as having been delivered yesterday but it wasn´t. I contacted the Spanish Post service desk and they indicated that your company has to file a complaint. I reported this incident to your service support and they will not do anything to help me. I made this purchase in good faith because the watch community praises your products and high level of service. That´s not been my experience.
I plead you help me out please, neither your company nor the Spanish Post will help me and I feel cheated and wronged.
