Dear Sir, I purchased a 6" Bonsai Tree from one of your trucks along Hwy #146/#646 a week ago for $20.00. The tree is totally dried with branches falling off and I would either like my money back or another tree to replace this one. I bought it for a gift and cannot do so now.
