I've been trying to reach someone about a problem I need solved!
This is the 4th Email I've sent, and have called multiple times! Will someone please reply to me??

To whom it may concern,
Late last week I had gone to a local distributor to purchase your Outre Velvet Remi sew in hair extensions. I had bought two packages a 16 and 14, both from this company. The hair was the same color according to the package. Later that week I had taken them to my stylist to have them put in and the colors were noticeably different, there was absolutely no way we could blend them to match. Luckily I was able to have the 16 put in and it looks okay without the 14 because of the color not matching but it is not the desired look I was going for when I bought both packages. It's really disappointing. The distributor will not accept the one opened package back or exchange it so now I have extension I can not use or return. This is very upsetting to me having spent a fairly large amount of money on a product that is useless to me because of a manufacturer error. I am not usually one to complain but this really upset me, I am highly unsatisfied. I hope to hear back from you soon to see what we can do next to get this taken care of.
