inquiry to DAMAGED loft bed

I ordered a loft bed through Amazon that came from your company. Very disappointed in the condition we recieved it in. The end-rail (part D)was dented/buckled and the desk had a HUGE chunk missing from the one corner, exposing the partical board underneath. I am sure the desk had to have left the factory already damaged, because there was not any of the missing plastic anywhere to be found in the box. The end-rail COULD have been damaged in shipping?? We purchased this loft bed for our daughter for any early Christmas present, and needless to say are VERY dissapointed in the condition we have recieved it in. We are pleased with the bed itself, only not with the damaged parts! I am hoping your company will make this right and send us new/undamaged parts. Thank you!
