Hello, I bought an underwater scooter SHUKEDA BM7281 on *** in â€œBirdMan Sporting&Outdoor Product Storeâ€. After 20 minutes of swimming (at a depth of max. 0.5 meters), the scooter stopped working, and water splashed inside. After dismantling, it turned out that the engine compartment and the electronics compartment were full of water. The water I poured out of the engine compartment and the electronics compartment is full of filings. In the water I found a detached motor brush. The quality of this device is outrageously low! I will gladly attach photos and a video, please send me an e-mail address. Please help! I have already written a complaint 8 times via ***, but all of them remain unanswered. If I do not get it, I will ask the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Poland for help - I will give the name of the company and ask for intervention.
