inquiry to Defective Pin Punch

I just bought a pin punch set from Lowes. The 5/32 pin punch I used bent immediately upon use as I was attempting to remove a pin from a shaft. If it was tempered correctly that should not have happened. How do I get a replacement set? Or do I just return it to Lowes?
