I purchased a 3 piece set of Kemyer 888 Har Shell Wheeled Spinner luggage (times Square)that was delivered on 2/8 as a birthday gift for my son on 2/11. He traveled from Pittsburgh to Chicago on the 12th and when he picked up the 29in suitecase at baggage claim, one of the spinners was missing. Obviously this causes the case to not be able to be rolled and when set upright it tips over. I contacted AnnasNYC through the Amazon Marketplace about the issue and after my refusal to accept a 50% discount, they have referred me to the manufacturer. I hope that someone is willing to make this right.
