This is informed that i am a customer from India doing agricultural business. I used to do business with the East Grace Corporation. I have an order in the month of May. The cost of the goods are around 7500 USD and i paid the amount. The person name from East Grace Corporation is RUBY, she has sent the goods, but she mentioned the invoice value as 8 USD. I surprised that how she written invoice value 8 USD instead of 7500 USD. This blunder mistake done by your comapny staff. Because of the under invoice, the goods has been caught at Indian customs for 2 months. I totally lose my business and finally they are charged the penalty of the 1300 USD, i informed this to the that person in the East Grace Corporation, she didn't responded till now. Because of your company staff mistake i totally lose my business. This is the complete mistake done by her, I waited for her response so many days but I didn't get response from her, finally i decided to proceed legally. I paid the penalty only 1300 USD, I completely lose my business becuase of her mistake. I hope this is not the way of delaing the international customers, if the problem resolves and pay the compensation to me thats fine otherwise i will proceed legally.
