inquiry to Emma Fox purse defect

I purchased a Emma Fox purse on HSN on February 23rd 2015 and 2 months after my last flex pay my zipper came off the track and the strap broke off, I contacted HSN and they advised me to contact you the Vendor, I would like a refund for my purse that had these defects, for me this is expensive purse thats useless.
