I received a bill yesterday from federal express for the amount of $29.50. On your website it said the shipping for my sunglasses was free and I am very upset. It took me several emails when I contacted you 14 days after I placed my order and you took my money and I had not seen my product or even a shipment email. Then I had to exchange several emails with someone from your company and after another three or four days finally my package was shipped. And now several weeks later I receive a bill from federal express? This is crazy. Please email me back immediately and let me know how you plan on paying this. Leslie Epstein
