I need to know which wires to connect to the six multi colored wires in a gray sheath on top. The square plug on the end is cut off. So I need to hook up the video and the audio to these wires. Hi I got a pair of your guys Bluetooth headphones with the model number or something being BE1001 and I was using them one day and the right ear bud stopped working like I can't hear anything from it but I can hear out of the left ear bud, if you fiddle with the cord from the right ear bud to the controls you can hear out of it for a second.
