Dear Manager,
I purchased a half wig on Friday, 1/4/19. The hook at the back of the wig broke the same day. I returned the wig on Monday 1/7/19 and received a replacement with instructions if it happened again; contact mfgr. The hook broke again on the new wig on Wednesday 1/9/19. Please advise the next steps. I also filled out the product feedback page.
