i purchased a desk top pc from office world, it was pre-installed with XP and a disc was supplied. i have recently had cause to reinstall the os but the OEM disc will not fully install the programme. it states that i386 is missing/corrupted. I contacted microsoft re a replacement disk (i can return the original)who advise i contact the manufacturer. please can i have a replacement disc of xp.
