Dear Sir,
We purchased 2nos of your batch code printers from your Indian dealers.. When it was working your machine is giving good satisfaction to us. But our suppliers are creating unreasonable problems every time when we called for simple servicing requirements.They are making it big exaggerating the facts and finally demanding to buy new print head that too with unaffordable price . they are much interested to earn like this than promoting your product. As a result we are suffering by choosing your machines and our co entrepreneurs are laughing at us.
If you are interested to cooperate us for not putting your machines in the scrap kindly inform us for sending you our requirement immediately
