inquiry to Jova Furniture

I bought 2 units the Jova furniture with the code JV 815 (invoice no.JV-04958) on August 29, 2009 at Furniture Fair in JHCC. At invoice stated that my furniture will be delivered +/- 2 weeks from date of buy. The fact, they sent my furnitures last minutes (around at 5 PM) on Thursday September 17, 2009. But, I was shock coz the materials I've checked not made from Mahoni wood as they said. The left and right side made from multiplex less than 8 inchies each, the listwood under the drawers not neat and drawer inside is rough, not smooth, it seems unfinished materials. I wondered, were These drawers pass the quality of QC department??? I contacted directly the JV contact person as listed in the JV name card, and I talked with Ms. Upik. She said, that JV will transfer back the downpayment (Rp.1.000.000,-) I've been paid tomorrow. But There is no realization from it until now. After Idul Fitri, I've reached out the JV, and Ms.Sri said their place is far away from BCA ATM. This reason is not make sense if ur factory is fulfill the international standards!! U should keep ur promises (BE PROFESSIONAL) if u want ur costumer loyal with ur products!! DON'T TRY TO CHEAT WITH UR CUSTOMERS....!!
