Good afternoon. I purchased a Kemyer Hipack 32" Luggage 2 weeks ago from a Ross store. Unfortunately, after only 1 flight, when I pulled it off the airport conveyor belt, the inside plastic on the side and the bottom has already broken and the handle does not go up and down. The company I purchased it from will not take it back because I threw out the receipt thinking I would not need it. I don't necessarily need a refund, just want a working luggage. I have the credit card statement I can send if necessary. Anything you can do will help.
