inquiry to LumeCool Reflector

I just have a question. I was given a reflector and under model it says LumeCool, Lumenaire 6 and 8, XXXtreme 6 and 8. I measured the air openings and it is about 5 3/4 inches. So i assume it is one of the models with a 6. It also says 1000w and 600V. The Cord is missing on it, So my question is where can i find a cord that will work and is there a specific ballast I need to use or does it depend on the bulb im using. The bulb in it is an Optilume 1000w LU1000 ET25 S52. Ive never used lighting like this so im a little stuck. Thank you for your time, Joey Gaertner
