Tank inside shall be covered by Rubber with following quality:
Rubber quality: Hard Vulcanized Natural Rubber (Type: Novenit)
Hardness: 90+/-5° Shore D.
Thickness: 4mm (= Standard Thickness), 5mm is also acceptable.
Qty: 1500 m2
Over lap: 5cm
The primer required for execution of lining should be considered in your proposal
Transport to site is to be done in a cooling container and the rubber has to kept in the container until application.
Due to hot ambient condition at site the tank has to be outside insulated during the period of rubber lining.
This project is in procurement state right now and we would be pleased if you provide us with your offer Maximum by May 15th 2018.
