We are mainly into manufacturing of various fashion fabrics, laces, elastics, accessories, intimate wear & apparels for women.
We are presently exporting lingerie to US WALMART, K-MART etc.

Manufacturing Infrastructure for Garments.
We have 600 machines spread over an area of 80,000 sq.ft facility, having all facilities for cutting, CAD/CAM, strict quality checking and conveniences for workers. We have the most up to date stitching, cutting and other auxiliary machines with the international standards. The highlight of this facility infrastructure is its structural designing and machine placements.
Currently we produce 1200 dozen pieces but our infrastructure facilitates us to bring into being 2000 dozens pieces per day.
Our workforce is highly trained. We work with a government training institute catering to this industry to supply us with trained and skilled laborers. Once they finish their coursework they are hired by us and further trained on the machinery and processes used by the company. This combination of training and polishing has ensured that our quality is always of the highest international standards.
Quality Raw material
In order to produce quality bras and panties, we are extremely careful when selecting materials. We only select the highest quality materials and pass them through rigorous checks at each stage.
We have expertise for all stages of the manufacturing process. We have a complete in-house production facility that performs everything from producing greige fabrics to dying and finishing to elastic production to eye and hook to cutting to finally delivering it to the stitching and packing department. Quality checks happen at every stage by experts in each stage.
Quality Check
To meet very strict standards and to manufacture quality products, the Quality Check System plays a significant role in the thorough selection and examination of materials and product during all stages of the manufacturing process. There are four stages for quality assurance:
1. Online Production checking, Line Q.C. attends each machine almost 6-8 times during an 8 hour shift and 8-10 pieces are checked before the last inspection of the shift.
2. Checking in cutting department
3. All the accessories and raw materials are passed through standard checking before issuing for production.
4. Every lot is checked before dispatch.
