inquiry to Missing items from order

Order 544844 from Alpaca Mall No one answers the phone. No one replies to email I ordered 2 alpaca sweaters- PAID for 2...and received only the grey one. I have the packing slip from the envelope--and only the grey sweater is on that slip--so someone with Alpaca Mall should be aware that I am missing an item from my order. I am politely requesting a status update on the order--and need to know when the beige sweater will be shipped.
