I bought a polytron TV (14") last May 2010 from Westeran Marketing in Makati, through my company, the Phil. Daily Inquirer. The remote control does not work anymore. Can I get a replacement from your service center? My unit is still within the one-year guarantee. I hope to get a reply soon.
