inquiry to NTU's Student Union Special Event Sponsorship

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing on behalf of Nanyang Technological University's (NTU) Student Union Special Project Committee – Union Orientation Camp (UOC) that is going to be held from 19th - 25th July 2009. Every year, we reach out to more than 300 university freshman, helping them to orientate and familiarize themselves with the new faces in the exciting university environment. UOC will be giving out goodie bags to the freshman during the NTU Orientation Week and the 7-days/6-nights Orientation camp. It will be an opportunity to promote Uni-president’s products in the university make up of young adults. We would thus like to extend our invitation to your company for sponsorship of any kind (monetary or goodies) or offerings of canvassing opportunities. Tentatively, we would like to request for monetary sponsorship. Your company will get to enjoy the many entitlements. Taking into consideration the uniqueness of your company as our prospective sponsor; our sponsorship proposals are by no means exhaustive. We are open to any suggestions that would tailor to your needs. For example, we had previously incorporated the company as one of our Amazing Race’s game stations. Alternatively, we also look forward to sponsorship of your company’s products to be included in the camp goodie bags. This will similarly expose your products to the freshman. Your contributions will indefinitely benefit the freshman. Promotions will be carried out to create awareness, publicize the attractiveness of your company and further strengthen the already good public image of your organization in our student body. Moreover, your organization will be among the first few companies to come to the minds of our undergraduates. Please do take time to consider our sincere request.
