inquiry to Need hydraulic part for head rest

Hello, My name is Chad Burden and I'm the owner of Summit Physiotherapy in St. Albert. The hydraulic head rest on our maternity bed is not holding its position when the head rest is raised. If you lift the head rest to a certain position, it will lower maybe an inch or two. Can this be fixed with a bit of grease on the piston, or does the hydraulic unit need to be replaced? Thank you
