I purchased a lifetime fabric protection plan from Jennifer Convertibles for my sofa, loveseat, and chair. I called today to submit a claim to have them cleaned due to a stain. I was told that because I moved out of the State of Virginia, they would not honor the lifetime fabric protection plan. The supervisor would not even provide me with any alternative solutions or companies who could assist me even though my paperwork says they will compensate an amount "not to exceed the purchase price paid for the plan at the time of purchase".
