I ordered a Computer and Windows XP- Professional on the webpage zaracom.de. This was at the 02.07.08. I paid the amount at the same day by internetbanking. Till then I got no Message or anything else about my order. No email is answered and nobody can be contacted by phone. Where is my ordered PC and the program? I visited Muenster and saw that the shop is closed. Is this some kind of fraud? I ordered one PC before and all was fine. Looks like these times are gone.
If the shop is down, then I want my money back. So please give me some information about the situation right now. Do I have to contact a lawyer?
