I have bought your hair now for over a year. until August of this year i was completely satisfied with your Outre hair. On august 18th I bought 2 packs of your Straight for 34.99 per bag. It was weaved in on the 31st and after only 1 day, it was frizzing, and has been shedding like crazy!! It is combing out in bunches. This has never happened before with your hair. I must say I am totally dissatisfied with the outcome. After calling one of your merchants, i was convinced that sales seem to matter more than customer and satisfaction is not a factor with them. Being a loyal customer since 2009 now, i had to voice not being pleased with the situation.
