Additional point of interest:
Have been working with product and mold design, plus the hands-on injection molding of Macromelt materials (Injection Molding Grade Hot Glue) for the past couple of years. The main principles of these new resins are too seal moisture from electronic components, add natural heat sinking, some EMI qualities, while providing an attractive PC board covering.
