Recently purchased an Air Purifier from your company through Amazon. BC Model No. SKY1057. We have noticed a noise and there appears to be arching going on in the rear on the top disc. Since the is the second unit we have purchased in the last month, and the other one does not seem these same characteristics we would appreciate an expert opinion of what is going on with this unit.
