Dear Customer service representative.
I recently purchased a brand new massage table.(new wave foldable massage table). upon the first time i opened it- i twisted the head piece to tighten it- and the plastic handle cracked in my hands. i paid quite a lot of money for the massage table and cannot use it without the headpiece.
i am asking you if you could please help me - perhaps i can ship you the headpiece- or take a photo so you can see - the lable is still on it.
i am a new massage therapist and this is my first massage table. i cannot afford a new one and i am deeply upset that i have not even yet started using the table and on the first time i tried to use it- it broke.
