I have the above TV/DVT purchased from Carrefour, La Linea, Spain, 11300. It has been returned three times to Supratech SL for repair, and now (still under guarantee from last repair) has once again ceased to work. I have tried contacting Supratech Spain on 902280300, plus www.supratech.es, plus ***supratech.es but it would seem that Supratech spain has ceased to exist. I have approached Carrefour, but they have informed me that it is not their problem. I would be grateful if you could advise me as to a) I can get this television repaired by yourselves, under it´s guarantee or b) I can obtain a refund Your earliest response would be appreciated.
