I purchased a sectional living room set manufactured by your company approximately three and a half years ago. The store I purchased it from in the United States has gone out of business. Therefore, I am writing to you because it is falling apart. I paid over $2000 thinking that this sectional would last a long time and I am very disappointed. Each end of the sectional is a recliner and two out of the four recliners are broken. The handle that you pull to release the recliner just broke off. There are no children or pets in my household so the furniture was treated with care. Please tell me how I can go about getting this couch fixed at your expense. I'm sure this sectional comes with a manufacturer's warranty. I would appreciate a response as soon as possible. I do still have all the receipts for the sectional to prove date of purchase and delivery. Please contact me as soon as possible. If I do not hear from you soon, I will turn this matter over to an attorney. Thank you
