The banking procedure:
1.Buyer issues irrevocable corporate purchase orders (ICPO)
2.Seller issues Full Corporate Offer (FCO) by email with appropriate authorized signature and seal。
3.Buyer returns signed and seal FCO with acknowledgement to seller.
4.Seller issues draft contract to Buyer executes the contract with authorized signature and seal.
5.Seller issues original contract for final signatory to buyer, buyer and seller sign hard copy of contract in face to face after TTM, then Both parties Lodges contracts in respective bank.
6.Buyer’s bank issue Non-operative Irrevocable Non-transferable DLC as MT799 format to seller’s bank
7.Seller issue 2%PB and Full complete POP to buyer bank within (5) five banking days after receipt DLC from buyer’s bank, This action makes simultaneously and automatically the DLC come into effect. POP include:
a.Copy of license to export, issued by the Department of Ministry of Energy.
b.Copy of approval to export, issued by the Department of the Ministry of Justice.
c.Copy of statement of availability of the product.
d.Copy of the refinery commitment to produce the product.
e. Copy of contract to transport the product
f.Copy of the port storage agreement.
g.Copy of the charter party agreement(s) to transport the product to discharge port.

8. Buyer’s bank will issue every single DLC cover one shipment by one shipment as quantity 50000mt, next DLC issue to seller’s bank after received front of shipment Bill of lading within five banking days as follow-up until complete contract. ( It is like revolving DLC )
9.Delivery base on the terms of contract.
10.DLC payment will release by bank negotiate within seven banking days after CIQ inspection at discharge port.
