Again I am finding it impossible to contact you.
Today I am having to order elsewhere an emergency stock of these domes, because you have let me down once again. How can you expect me to expand the range we buy from you when I can never have a delivery time and cannot even make contact.
Do you think it would be better to cancel this complete order and for you to return the money we paid you.
This time - regardless of your answer I would at least like the courtesy of a reply.
