Hi I love this product and even gave one as a gift, however, the one I use seems to have become frozen stuck permanently in the vertical length extended mode. Any suggestion on how to un freeze it? I am unable to store it in my small utility closet that way which makes using it very inconvenient. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you!
