Hello I bought a pink 2 GB MP4 player for my girlfriend from your company about six months ago. I am currently having a problem with it that I cannot fix. When I turn it on I get stuck on a loading screen. It is a blue background with a frozen timerglass. I cannot get this off, I have tried everything from formating to charging, to trying to transfer new data onto it.
